As you all know, there is no time like the present to analyse your workplace and this book which asks you and your colleagues to reflect on what you are doing is just in time. You have been warned for years about the structure of organizations and how destructive they are and this book tells you why. You can work on it (it's like a manual) by yourself if you wish or you can get together with a group of colleagues and work together. That would be even better as you would be collaborating. It asks you questions about where you work and offers alternative ideas for how your workplace is structured and operates. Take my word for it, you will be happier if you follow its advice.
